Further elaborate on the working principle of this controller
Application where the objected being controlled like a gas burner etc, the gas flow to the burner via a gas pipe, a valve is installed on the pipe to regulate the amount of gas being released to the burner. and the valve temperature controller(VMD) with motorized output controls the open and close of the valve depends on the difference between the setting value and the process value in the system. below is an image simulate the system and how it works. SP is setting value, the temperature sensor was placed inside of the gas burner,temperature signal is converted to analog signal and feed to the controller. the medium in the pipe could be oil, water etc.
