Touch Screen Temperature Controller With Timer

MF43HYC-669 is a touch screen temperature controller with timer, used in various industrial ovens, like hot air oven, laboratory Ovens, autoclave, drying ovens, powder coating ovens, curing ovens, sterilization ovens etc, Basically this controller offers a perfect solution for any oven needs to be controlled precisely on both temperature and time. Some of large ovens with a circulation fan in the system, this controller has an independent control button, you can run the circulation fan at any time you want to help with the even distribution of the heat during the heating process and drive extra heat away after work done.  Cell phone APPs on both IOS and Android platform makes it possible to remotely control and monitor the system from anywhere any time from any part of the world as long as you have internet access. PC access and control is also possible via webpage server.

-Built-in timer, when process value(PV) reach to setting value(SV), timer will engage automatically and hold the temperature at setting value for specific time range.
-Optional output, selected when order between Relay, SSR Drive and 4-20mA
-5 auxiliary output, AU1, AU2, AU3, AU4, AU5,
-Two thermocouple inputs, 1 input for PID control purpose, 1 input for limit control purpose(Shut down the oven when temperatuer is too high), for Oven manufactures, they can deploy two sensors, one 1 in the spot where the air goes in and 1 in the spot where the air comes out.
-Independent circulation fan control, opeator can run the fan any time they want.

-Over temperature alarm, one of the key safety features, the entire system can be shut down if over temperature happens. and you can get the message pushed to the APP on your cell phone when over temperature alarm occurs.
-TC break alarm, if you have Thermocouple break during the process, alarm will be triggered and heating will be terminated right away.

-Key elements of this controller is the built-in timer and the independent circulation fan control
-AU4 relay
As long as you press the RUN button to start the heating process, AU4 relay will pull-in, you can hook the AU4 relay with a main AC contactor for the Oven,  the power will be feed to the Oven to start the heating process. or an indication light can be hooked to AU4 to indicate the heating process is ON
-AU3 relay
AU3 relay is responsible for circulation fan control, the point you start the heating process, AU3 relay pull-in and the circulation fan starts to work, AU3 relay has a delay off feature, when the hold the temperature at certain range finished, the AU3 relay will delay off and that will keep the circulation fan run at a specific time range( programmable from 0 minutes to 9999 minutes)
-AU2 relay
AU2 relay is served as the over temperature alarm output, when over temperature happens, the AU2 will pull-in and shut down the heating process or keep the heating process going(this is programmable), and the AU2 relay can be programmed as regular relay or latching relay(latch mode need manual reset), a buzzer can be connected to AU2 relay to indicate the critcial alarm situation.
-AU1 relay
AU1 is responsible for program completion alarm, when temperature holding process end, AU1 relay will pull-in, a tower light for warning purpose can be connected to AU1, you can manually reset the AU1 or configure it with delay off features ,(delay time range is programmable)
-AU5 relay
AU5 served as a deviation alarm for control channel, a practical example, if you set the setting value as 200 degree,  deviation alarm value as 10 degree, when PV goes up and reach 210 degree, the deviation alarm will be triggered
-2 event inputs
2 event inputs can be tailor made for different purposes, one example would be use this to indicate if the oven door is close or open

-Intuitive interface



The primary display looks like above image, breakdown the dipslay into 4 sections, section 1, section 2, timer 1 and timer 2
Section 1 is the PID control loop, which displays the process value and setting value and various status indication, like AU1,AU3, AU4, AU5 relay energization.
Section 2 is display for safety Limit Controller purpose with a latching relay output(AU2), and a cross comparison between the reading pick up from sensor 1 and sensor 2, once the undesirable limit reached, the AU2 relay will be triggered and it requires a manual reset.
Timer 1 is the count down timer for the temperature holding time range,  when PV reach to SV, the timer will engage automatically and count down process begin
Timer 2 is the count down timer for the circulation fan, for most of oven, there will be significant heat inside the chamber even after the heater stops to work, in this case, it is essential to keep the circulation fan running for certain period of time, the circulation fan kicks-in as long as you hit the RUN button and starts the heating process, but it won't stop at the point when program ends, instead, it will keep running for some time, when heating terminated, the count down timer for circulation fan starts to ticking down and after timer elapsed ,then the fan will be shut down.
