Three-Phase Intelligent SCR Power Regulator The Maxwell TC-200S Series is an industrial-grade, three-phase intelligent SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power regulator designed for precise, stepless control of resistive heating loads in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured by Maxwell Automation Technology Co., Ltd. under the PIDMaxWell brand, the TC-200S combines a fully digital control architecture with an integrated dual-row LED display, multi-function indicator LEDs, and a front-panel keypad, enabling operators to monitor process parameters and adjust output settings directly without external programming tools. The regulator accepts a wide range of analogue control input signals — including 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, 0–5 VDC, 0–10 VDC, 1–5 VDC, and 2–10 VDC — and features automatic phase detection, making it straightforward to integrate into new or existing control systems. An integrated soft-start (ramp) function eliminates inrush current surges at power-on, protecting both the SCR modules and the connected heating elements from thermal shock. When the heat-sink temperature exceeds the user-defined alarm threshold (AL1), the unit automatically reduces output power to a configurable safe level (EOP), maintaining process continuity while safeguarding the internal SCR modules from thermal damage. An optional RS-485 communication interface with Modbus-RTU protocol enables seamless integration into SCADA systems, PLCs, DCS, and industrial IoT networks. The TC-200S supports auto/manual bumpless transfer, run/stop control, and configurable minimum and maximum output limits, providing the flexibility required for a wide range of industrial heating and process control applications. Rated current options of 100 A, 125 A, 150 A, 175 A, 200 A, and 225 A cover load capacities from 48 kW to 190 kW (three-phase), making the TC-200S suitable for small laboratory ovens through to large industrial electric furnaces.

The JX-1DA48 (black flip-cover housing) and KT-1DA48 (grey housing) are single-phase, DC-controlled AC solid state relays designed as direct-fit, cost-effective alternatives to Omron G3NA-style SSRs. Both variants share identical electrical specifications and the same compact physical footprint, differing only in housing style and colour. Accepting a DC control voltage of 3.2–32 VDC, these relays are directly compatible with PLC transistor outputs, microcontroller I/O, and standard industrial DC control signals. The AC load side supports 24–480 VAC at 50/60 Hz, covering 110 V, 220 V, 380 V, and 480 V systems worldwide. Load current ratings of 10 A, 25 A, and 40 A are available, with all three ratings sharing the same physical dimensions for easy interchangeability. Zero-crossing trigger technology ensures switching occurs at the natural zero-crossing point of the AC waveform, minimising EMI and extending load service life. A built-in RC snubber circuit is incorporated across all three current ratings, providing additional protection against voltage transients without requiring external components. The 10 A, 25 A, and 40 A models all use a TRIAC output stage, offering reliable bidirectional switching. An LED status indicator provides instant visual confirmation of relay activation. The TC-K4/TC-J4 series is a high-performance, versatile probe-type thermocouple temperature sensor designed for a wide range of industrial, scientific, and process-control applications. The sensor consists of a stainless-steel protective sheath enclosing a precision thermocouple element, terminated with a braided-shield extension lead wire and fork-type (spade) terminal connectors. Four thermocouple calibration types — K, J, T, and E — are available to cover measurement ranges from cryogenic temperatures down to -200 °C up to +1260 °C, accommodating virtually every industrial temperature-measurement requirement. The probe sheath is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. The extension lead wire is protected by a metallic braided shield (aluminium foil + tinned-copper braid) that effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference and ensures signal integrity over long cable runs. Both probe diameter and insertion length are fully customisable, and the lead wire length can be specified to any required dimension. An optional waterproof (IP67) sealed construction is available for use in wet or immersion environments. All products comply with IEC 60584 international standards.
