Temperature transmitter in short is a device which convert the temperature signal typically thermocouple and RTD signals into analog signals such as 4-20mA, 0-10VDC, the analog signal is a universal standard signal which are more friendly for long distance transmission, in addition to the transmission, the temperature transmitter also filters out any hazadours interference from the input and therefore protect the signal, the principle behind the temperature transmitter is the same, but the physical format would be different, and we offer DIN rail mount temperature transmitter, head mounted temperature transmitter, RS-485 temperature transmitter, and HART protocol temperature transmitter etc. and all of our temperature transmitter is programmable either from PC or cell phone.
A solid state relay (SSR) is an electronic switching device that switches on or off when an external voltage (AC or DC) is applied across its control terminals. It serves the same function as an electromechanical relay, but has no moving parts and therefore results in a longer operational lifetime. SSRs consist of a sensor which responds to an appropriate input (control signal), a solid-state electronic switching device which switches power to the load circuitry, and a coupling mechanism to enable the control signal to activate this switch without mechanical parts.
